There's a good deal of rock art in this area, mostly historic Ute (lots of horses) but a few that look like BCS. There are two nearby BCS-like panels, this is the right panel with three figures. The left appears to have two. Interestingly, some distance away with the Ute rock art, in the same white paint as the Ute art, under an arch in the rock, is what appears to be a Ute rendition of a BCS panel (with a horse and rider added for good measure).
